Visiting Arts is pleased to announce the third year of the Taiwan-England International Fellowships programme 2007 which continues to provide cultural exchange opportunities for artists. The programme is a joint initiative between the Council for Cultural Affairs Taiwan, Arts Council England, British Council Taiwan and Visiting Arts. This programme creates an exchange between artists from Taiwan and England who are engaged in contemporary arts practice and encourages sustainable cultural links between the two countries.
